It’s a electronic control system designed to control ZKB-01 Column-Boom and similar systems. All the motors within the system (Bom Up – Down, Bom Left – Right, Bom Forward – Back, Right-Left Tilt) can be controlled with 3-axis oscillator and tracking system, rotator on the system and a welding machine, including one or more than one digital hand-held remote controller.

The entire system is equipped with “Category 0” emergency shutdown system. Welding machine and rotators on the system can be deactivated under a safe manner remotely from any point.

With a controller system, meeting industrial requirements, Column-Boom, Oscillator, Welding Trace Tracking System and Rotators can be controlled simply with a single controller. The number of controllers can be increased up to 3. All the controllers can be updated on the same time, when any change is applied on the settings.

Starting and stopping function of the welding machine will provide a massive ease of use, which can be performed with a single button via the control system.

Circular or linear welding selection can be made via Column-Boom controller. In addition to the controller, Boom can also be controlled with up, down, right, left buttons on the main panel, as well.
